No, if they did not accept deposits from players in those states they would not have allowed you to register in the first place. Many of the states have really weak laws that are basically unenforceable. The easiest site that I have found is betED, I use eChecks with them and it’s really simple, no downloads either. With e-check there is no problem to deposit into the site.
